Job Title: EHS Specialist

Reporting to: EHS Manager

Location: Gemonio, Italy – On site five days per week

Employment: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications.
• Minimize health, safety, and environmental risks through thorough risk assessments, ongoing surveillance, and implementation of improvement actions.
• Coordinate and deliver staff training on EHS procedures and prevention programs in collaboration with HR and the EHS Manager.
• Monitor and report EHS performance, organize audits, and conduct internal inspections to verify compliance.
• Uphold the Company’s Social Responsibility principles and proactively address any non‑compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Italian environmental and safety regulations, especially Legislative Decree 81/08.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to coordinate training and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
