Moncler Group is offering a full-time 6-month internship in Milan starting September, within the E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Team at our Global HQ. You will contribute to customer engagement strategies and the production of email campaigns, while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing for a luxury fashion brand.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Economics or Engineering at Masters level, fluent in English, with strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and a passion for fashion and digital

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics or Engineering or similar.
• Experience in the field is a plus.
• Passionate about fashion and digital communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized.
• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience.
