Moncler is seeking an E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join the Global HQ in Milan for a 6‑month full‑time period starting September. The role focuses on supporting email marketing campaigns and customer engagement across digital channels.

You will work with the E‑CRM team to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience while learning in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Competenze

• Master degree in Economics or Engineering or similar.
• Experience in the field is a plus.
• Passionate about fashion and digital communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel knowledge.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assist in defining and executing global contact strategy to drive engagement and conversion.
• Support end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns with external agencies and internal teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to identify improvements via test-and-learn.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and competitive landscape for best practices.
• Support development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels to optimize customer experience.
