Moncler Group in Milan is seeking an enthusiastic E-CRM and Customer Engagement Intern to join the Global HQ team for a six-month period starting in September. The role focuses on supporting the definition and execution of the global contact strategy and enhancing customer engagement across digital channels.

You will assist in end-to-end email campaigns, coordinate with external agencies, and analyze performance to drive improvements, while developing professional skills in a fast-paced digital

Competenze

• Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the field is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and well organized.

Mansioni

• Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to identify improvements.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Support development of customer engagement across digital channels.
