We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to define and execute K-Way’s global digital media strategy, with responsibility across the full marketing funnel — from performance‑driven lower funnel channels to upper funnel awareness and consideration initiatives. This role will drive qualified traffic, conversion and revenue across K-Way’s .com platforms, while also managing and optimizing the digital branding media budget to strengthen brand equity and consideration at scale. The position owns the digital marketing mix across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO, ensuring a strong balance between efficiency, growth and brand impact. The role works cross‑functionally with HQ and local markets, managing agencies, budgets and performance, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Brand, and Creative teams in Milan, Turin and Paris. The ideal candidate is both data‑driven and brand‑aware, comfortable operating at strategic and executional level, and experienced in orchestrating lower and upper funnel channels within a complex international setup.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilites Required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands‑on exposure to PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO.
  • Proven experience managing both performance marketing and upper funnel digital media.
  • Strong background in ecommerce or fast‑paced retail environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and a clear data‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with agencies and cross‑functional, international teams.
Responsabilità
Digital Media Strategy & Channel Ownership
  • Define and manage the global digital media strategy across the full funnel, including channel roles, investment mix and performance objectives.
  • Own business and brand KPIs (traffic, revenue, ROAS, awareness), managing global/local budgets and agency partners.
  • Ensure media plans are aligned with brand strategy, marketing calendar, promotions and product launches.
  • Drive continuous optimization through structured testing, performance analysis and regular leadership reporting.
Affiliate Marketing
  • Own the affiliate strategy and manage relationships with agencies and publishers.
  • Develop partnerships, manage promotional activity and evaluate commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate creative assets and promotional mechanics.
Paid Social (Performance & Branding)
  • Lead performance and brand paid social campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Define full‑funnel objectives (prospecting, retargeting) and work closely with Creative and Brand teams.
  • Drive testing and measurement initiatives to improve effectiveness and incrementality.
Paid Search (PPC)
  • Manage budget, strategy and performance across branded and non‑branded search campaigns.
  • Oversee optimization and KPI monitoring to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth.
SEO
  • Coordinate SEO activities with agency and internal teams across technical, on‑site and content initiatives.
  • Review and prioritize SEO recommendations to maximize organic visibility and performance.
