Job summary

Bench IT require an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a large organisation in Milan, onsite, to provide an excellent level of technical support. The role is initially until 31/12/2026 with a daily rate of €200 EUR and may renew for 2027. Onsite full-time work is mandatory.

The candidate should have strong IT support skills including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and 2nd line support, with fluent Dutch and English at B1 level.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support experience with focus on desktop issues.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Proficient in Active Directory management.
• Experience delivering 2nd line support.
• Fluent Dutch and English at B1 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT desktop support to end users with high service standards.
• Resolve Windows 10/11 and Office 365 issues.
• Manage Active Directory tasks for user accounts and permissions.
• Deliver 2nd line support and incident investigation.
• Work onsite in Milan for full-time engagement.

Desktop Support Engineer, €200 EUR per day (Freelance / B2B)

Initially until 31/12/2026, Milan

Bench IT require an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time onsite Milan to provide an excellent level of technical support. Please note these works may result into further renewal into 2027.

Please note due to the nature of this role working full time onsite is mandatory.
