ALSTOM Gruppe is seeking a Fleet & Depot Planner to plan and schedule depot maintenance, report activity status, and coordinate across maintenance, retrofit, and engineering teams. You will ensure timely handovers, track delays, and optimize workload with SAP tools and KPI-driven planning.

The role requires 3+ years in production planning or rail/aviation contexts, strong maintenance knowledge, and fluent English with local language skills. A rotating three-shift schedule is expected.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in process supervision/production environments.
• Experience in planning (railway, aviation or production).
• Strong maintenance process knowledge and SAP experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule and prioritize depot maintenance activities with first-goal timing.
• Report status of depot maintenance and follow-ups; inform production teams.
• Interface between maintenance leaders, retrofit and engineering teams; coordinate externally.
• Supervise/coordinate maintenance on trains in workshop per fixed time slots.
• Ensure tool availability; monitor workshop infrastructure status for maintenance.
