Alstom in Italy seeks a Project Planner Regionals&Loco to coordinate tender and program schedules in a multi-site railway environment. You will work closely with PM/SSM, ensuring alignment across core teams and timely delivery. Strong scheduling and communication are essential to support OTD targets.

Based in Savigliano with travel to Vado Ligure for Locomotive business, you will manage tender calendars, interfaces, and cross-functional planning activities in a dynamic international setting.

Competenze

• PM or industrial background required.
• Experience with tender, projects, engineering, sourcing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of railway products and subsystems.
• Able to simulate schedules and handle changing goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Comfortable in international and multi-cultural environment.

Mansioni

• Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager or Sub-System Manager (SSM).
• Acts as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM) and ensures alignment across the core team.
• Steers execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
• Be a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration and driving delivery excellence.
• Communicates efficiently at all levels, adapting communication to the audience.
• Owns the time management topic for their area, providing scheduling information to support decision-making and OTD targets.
• Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal/external) for their area.
• Facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.
• Define tender preparation schedule and monitor until submission of the tender.
• Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library, planning templates, gap analysis, Metier’s commitments and tender strategy.
