TD SYNNEX Italy is seeking a Business Development Manager - HPE Data Center to drive the growth of the HPE Data Center portfolio by enabling partners, developing pipeline, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with HPE's priorities.

This role connects HPE, TD SYNNEX, and partner ecosystems to identify opportunities and grow business across servers, storage, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, and GreenLake solutions. Hybrid work model applies, with 2–3 days in the office.

Competenze

• Experience in IT distribution or channel sales.
• Experience with HPE solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, hybrid cloud, networking, virtualization, AI).
• Experience developing sales pipelines and partner growth plans.
• Fluent in Italian and good level of English.

Mansioni

• Drive business development through channel partners, system integrators and resellers.
• Develop and execute the HPE Data Center growth strategy with HPE and internal stakeholders.
• Build pipeline across HPE Compute, Storage, Private Cloud, GreenLake, Hybrid Cloud, AI infrastructure and Networking.
• Identify new business opportunities and help partners expand their HPE portfolio.
• Position HPE solutions against customer challenges and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendor management, presales, marketing, finance and sales teams to run campaigns and enable partners.
