Ericsson in Milan, Italy, offers a Technical Sales Support Intern position designed to blend technology, business and customer engagement. You will support pre‑sales, prepare presentations and materials, and collaborate with sales, technical and delivery teams to create value for customers.

The role provides exposure to solution positioning and customer requirements translation, with a focus on learning how Ericsson positions itself as a technology leader in front of clients.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• Interest in technology, sales support and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Curiosity, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with presentations, data, reports and digital tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
