Job summary

Align Technology in Italy is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Intern to join our team in the EMEA region. This internship offers hands-on experience in Customer Success, exposure to support tools, and opportunities to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries, help troubleshoot issues, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with Clinical and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate complex cases
• Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system
• Help maintain and update the knowledge base and FAQs
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
