  • Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.

  • Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.

  • Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.

  • Professional Experience: Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.

  • Skills: SAP experience.

  • Languages: Fluent-level English and German.
