UPS Vimodrone is seeking a Customer Resolution Agent to support customers in Italy and international markets, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests while delivering a superior customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate case records, and participate in training and development opportunities within a diverse, inclusive, hybrid work environment.

This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with exposure to

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
