The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering value to customers at every stage of their journey, with 2+ years in related roles and strong CRM and communication skills. The role offers flexible hours and a collaborative setting.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, customer engagement, account management, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.

Mansioni

• Assist sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Maintain CRM data and track customer requests.
• Coordinate order processing and track customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
