Ups Job in Vimodrone (MI) is seeking a Customer Resolution Agent to support customers in Italy and international markets. You will manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate case records.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract with a hybrid work arrangement, training opportunities, and exposure to international stakeholders within an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Shared Services, or a similar role is a plus.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through different communication channels.
• Follow customer cases from start to finish, providing updates and ensuring timely resolution.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to find suitable solutions.
• Keep customer records and case information updated in company systems.
