Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Italy (Puglia) to act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from the first interaction to resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.

• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
