Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. To strengthen their internal staff, they have commissioned us to search for a Data Entry specialist.

Under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for accurately performing a range of general duties.

Activities include:

1. Handling incoming customer calls
2. Customer Service and Orders (NSO) email activities
3. Data entry within a business management system
4. Back office tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Advanced level English, preferably fluent in spoken and written communication
• Previous experience in customer service or data entry is preferred
• Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP may be advantageous
