Lexroom is building a trusted legal tech platform and seeks a junior Customer Care contributor in Milan. You’ll support customers across chat, email, and calls while learning our product and processes.

This role requires curiosity, a proactive hands-on attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally in English. relocation support is evaluated case by case, and the position offers a hybrid work arrangement with Milan HQ.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for professional communication.
• No prior work experience required.
• Willing to relocate to Milan; relocation support considered case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Care team with chat, email and phone support.
• Shadow experienced colleagues and gradually handle simple requests.
• Contribute ideas to improve how we support customers.
