Your role and responsibilities

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services in business model transformation, process improvement, digitisation, risk analysis, management, and support in finance transactions.

Joining the Business Transformation team in Turin, you will work on impactful projects for national and international clients, collaborating directly with top management.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Rethinking the operating models of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using organizational and operational levers to enhance performance aligned with business strategies;
  • Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management, facilitating effective transformation;
  • Assessing impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitoring performance, and implementing plans to address gaps.
Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

  • A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Management Engineering;
  • Excellent command of English, preferably with international study or work experience.
