Belmond seeks an HR Analyst for Southern Europe to bridge global HRIS strategy with local Italy, Spain and Portugal properties. You will ensure data quality, enable reporting, and promote data literacy across the region. You’ll collaborate with Global HRIS to tailor analytics, governance, and tool adoption for Southern Europe.

This permanent role includes things like governance, training, report templates, and driving HRIS adoption across the regional footprint.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics.
• Advanced Excel and BI competencies.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with strong communication.
• Strong data concepts and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Conduct data quality audits across Southern Europe to ensure global standards.
• Collaborate with Global HRIS to implement governance for the region.
• Serve as first point of contact for data inquiries from local HR teams.
• Gather feedback on tool functionality and communicate updates to teams.
• Provide training on Belmond’s tools and develop region-specific reports.
• Drive adoption and optimization of the core HR system in Southern Europe.
