Descrizione del lavoro

Belmond is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. You will analyze pay data, benchmark salaries, and help ensure internal equity for a luxury hospitality portfolio.

You will collaborate with regional HR teams, properties, and the Global Compensation & Benefits team to deliver accurate reports and practical insights for attracting and retaining talent across Southern Europe.

Competenze

3+ years in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or related C&B role, ideally international.
Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles, benchmarking, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of job grading, mapping, architecture, and internal equity.

Mansioni

Deliver compensation analysis including benchmarking, market positioning, and internal equity reviews.
Support international compensation processes with data preparation, validation, and reporting.
Participate in salary survey submissions and translate market data into insights.
Assist in job mapping and job architecture across Southern Europe for consistency.
Prepare compensation insights for HR partners and regional leadership with clear recommendations.
Support pay equity, EU pay transparency, and related reporting and governance.
