Job summary

Lely is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS) to drive the sales targets of the Feeding proposition in the assigned territory. You will coach the network of Lely Centers, pursue sales targets, and align with the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working.

You will be the expert on your product, channeling knowledge through the distribution network with a customer-centric mindset, and collaboratively share responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University studies are required.
• Preferably a commercial role within agriculture/food related companies.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Italian.
• Confident communicator, comfortable with difficult conversations.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and progress in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Sales funnel for Feeding proposition.
• Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the Feeding Business.
• Train the Sales Repson product knowledge, use of tools and on sales skills.
• Live the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities.
• Shape and support the Marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers.
