Job summary

Lely is seeking a commercially driven Manager Proposition – Feeding to lead the growth of our Feeding portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye. You will drive strategy, coordinate with Lely Centers, and ensure strong market adoption of installed systems.

The role reports to Head of Commerce and sits in Colturano (MI), Italy, with travel across the region. You will build a high-performing team and align sales, installation and service to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in driving commercial performance and growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across SE Europe & Türkiye.
• Drive the Feeding proposition strategy and execution.
• Ensure a strong pipeline, market adoption, and healthy installed base.
• Coordinate with Lely Centers, Cluster SEET, and International teams.
• Align sales growth, installation capacity and service capability to safeguard customer experience.
