Job summary

Lely seeks a commercially driven Manager Proposition – Feeding to lead the growth of the Feeding portfolio across Southeast Europe & Türkiye. The role is based in Colturano (MI) and requires travel to Italy, HQ in Maassluis (NL), and other cluster countries.

You will report to the Head of Commerce and collaborate with Lely Centers to ensure market adoption and sustainable high-performing installations.

Qualifications

• University studies completed.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Confident communicator capable of difficult conversations.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive performance.
• Solid business management background, possibly with dealer/franchise exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering collaboration.
• Drive commercial performance with a strong pipeline and results.
• Define and execute the Feeding Proposition strategy across the region.
• Enable and develop distribution networks, building capacity and capability.
• Own end-to-end execution aligning sales, installation, and service.
