Lely is seeking an Account Manager within the Distribution Channel Development team to be the primary contact for Lely Centers in the Colturano area. You will align commercial and service priorities, support professionalization and growth of the premium distribution channel, and coordinate with Center Managers, Sales Managers and Service Managers.

Key duties include engaging with Center management on development plans, budgets and KPIs, visiting Centers quarterly, and driving improvement plans

Qualificações

• Strong commercial focus and ability to drive development in both small and large businesses.
• Solid background in business management and experience in account management, network development or a comparable commercial role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, persuade and influence stakeholders while building partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between Manager Propositions team and the Lely Centers, ensuring clear, centralized communication.
• Engage regularly with Lely Center management to review development agendas, five-year plans, budgets and KPIs; visit each Center at least quarterly.
• Support Centers in achieving budget targets and strategic goals by steering on KPIs and translating gaps into action plans.
• Provide input for Center improvement plans; use CRM data and market insights to support budgets and business development.
• Assist in creating and executing five-year development plans with Centers, including goals and priorities.
• Facilitate development of Sales and Service resources with Business Team specialists and promote customer-centric practices that strengthen market share and NPS/Customer Experience.
