Job summary

Lely Italia is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS) based in Colturano (MI) to drive the Feeding proposition across the assigned territory. You will coach the network of Lely Centers to meet sales targets while aligning with the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working, serving as the absolute expert for the product.

As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for the commercial targets of Feeding proposition in the geographical area assigned. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and to achieve the maximum market potential, ensuring that all the activities meet the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working. You are the absolute expert of the Product that you represent, and you channel your knowledge through the distribution network, with a customer centrical mindset. Together with your team, you co-share responsibility for Customer Satisfaction.

Your main activities

• Own and manage the Sales funnel for Feeding proposition

You will report to the Manager Proposition with responsibility for the geographical area of South-East Europe & Turkey. The role is based in Colturano (MI), and it requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visit to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.
