Lely is seeking a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS) to drive the Feeding proposition across SE Europe & Turkey, based in Colturano (MI). You will coach Lely Centers to hit sales targets and maximize market potential while aligning with the Business Team strategy and Lely ways of working.

You will be the product expert, channel knowledge through the distribution network, and contribute to customer satisfaction with a proactive, market-driven approach.

Job Description

Your role

As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for the commercial targets of Feeding proposition in the geographical area assigned. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and to achieve the maximum market potential, ensuring that all the activities meet the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working.

You are the absolute expert of the Product that you represent, and you channel your knowledge through the distribution network, with a customer centrical mindset. Together with your team, you co-share responsibility for Customer Satisfaction.

The CPS is a dynamic role with ample room for initiative and creativity.

Your main activities

• Own and manage the Sales funnel for Feeding proposition
• Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the Feeding Business
• Train the Sales Repson product knowledge, use of tools and on sales skills
• Live the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities
• Shape and support the Marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers

You will report to the Manager Proposition with responsibility for the geographical area of South-East Europe & Turkey. The role is based in Colturano (MI), and it requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visit to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.

Qualifications

Your profile

• You have successfully completed university studies
• You have preferably covered a commercial role within agriculture/food related companies
• You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
• You are a confident communicator, feeling at ease also with difficult conversations
• You have a growth mindset, eager to learn and to progress in the role

The position will be aligned with a predefined salary band, which will be disclosed to the candidate during the interview.

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI), and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 44 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
