Job summary

Walker Lovell Ltd is seeking a Commercial Excellence & AI Specialist to transform how the business manages customers, pricing, forecasting and pipeline. You will own the implementation from concept to delivery, shaping tools and processes that directly enhance commercial performance.

This hands-on role requires building and deploying practical AI solutions, optimizing data flows, and delivering dashboards with strong BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM implementation experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Experience building pricing, margin or commercial optimisation models.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI / GenAI use cases in sales or commercial environments.
• Strong BI and analytics capability, ideally with Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, segmentation and sales analytics.
• Experience working in an international B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve CRM, pricing, forecasting, and commercial data workflows.
• Build and implement tools, systems, and processes to boost commercial performance.
• Deploy AI/GenAI solutions in commercial workflows to drive results.
• Develop dashboards, data flows and reports to support decision making.
• Train commercial teams to adopt new tools and processes.
