Job summary

Evoca Group is seeking a highly analytical Commercial Intelligence & Strategy Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Intelligence and Excellence team. You will drive strategic decisions through data analysis, market intelligence, pricing and customer segmentation.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, plus development of dashboards for senior leadership and KPI tracking in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm, corporate strategy function, commercial excellence or equivalent analytical roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in market analysis, business performance management, customer segmentation and pricing analysis.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis: Support senior management in defining commercial strategies through market assessments, business performance reviews and strategic recommendations.
Data Analytics & Business Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks and actionable insights for commercial decisions.
Customer Segmentation: Develop and maintain segmentation models to support growth strategies and resource allocation.
Pricing Excellence: Conduct pricing analyses, profitability assessments and competitive benchmarking to support margins.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, translating findings into business recommendations.
Executive Reporting: Develop dashboards and presentations for senior leadership with clear communication of analyses.
Performance Management: Define and track KPIs, supporting continuous improvement of commercial effectiveness.
Cross-functional Projects: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and regional teams on strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement: Contribute to analytical tooling and data-driven decision-making processes.
