ABB is seeking a Commercial Excellence Technology Lead to shape the technology agenda across our commercial processes and connect business needs with scalable tech solutions. You will drive value through architecture, data, APIs, and automation while partnering with Sales, IT, Data, and Digital teams.

Fluency in English is essential, and SAP experience is an advantage as you collaborate across the enterprise to improve productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• Ability to grasp complex systems, architectures, integrations, data flows.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation in B2B processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms, APIs, automation, data and analytics, AI capabilities.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for commercial processes.
• Identify and prioritise tech opportunities based on value, impact, and TCO.
• Map the tech landscape: platforms, APIs, automation, data, and analytics.
• Evaluate options with proofs of concept; recommend solutions with rationale.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, IT, architecture, data, and partners.
• Promote reuse, governance, and measure adoption, cycle time, and value.
