ABB Robotics is hiring a Commercial Excellence Technology Lead to shape and drive the technology agenda across our commercial processes. You will connect business needs with technology possibilities, translating challenges into scalable solutions that improve productivity, decision quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Strong technology understanding across complex systems, architectures and data flows.
• Experience enabling technology-driven business transformation in B2B processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, automation, data/analytics and digital self-service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for commercial processes such as quotation, pricing, orders and service.
• Identify opportunities based on value, feasibility, cost, risk and impact to customers.
• Map the technology landscape including platforms, integrations and APIs.
• Assess options via market scans and proofs of concept; provide clear rationale.
• Collaborate with business, IT, data, cybersecurity and partners to scale solutions.
• Promote reuse, interoperability and governance; measure adoption, productivity and value.
