Kubota seeks an organized administrator to support its commercial network in Italy. The role oversees order management, price lists, and delivery logistics, while ensuring accurate data and smooth communications across the network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain timely information flow and support management with data analysis. Ideal candidates have experience in commercial or administrative back offices, strong Excel skills, and professional English.

In this role you will act as the operational reference for the commercial network, delivering administrative and commercial support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management. You will help manage orders, price lists, and delivery logistics while ensuring accurate data and communications across the network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth processes and drive timely information flow. • Support to Sales Inspectors: handle delivery times, machine/engine/accessory availability checks, order modifications, document sending, and order progress tracking
• Support to Dealers: manage product availability and delivery times queries, assist on prices and price lists, handle dealer exchanges and delivery address changes, send compliance documents and certificates, manage transport damage reports
• Administrative Management: enter/manage orders, verify prices/discounts, update Excel files, manage orders for technical training, monthly rebate and service fee verification, inventory management, update price lists, archive KTS documents and warranty extensions, verify invoices via ESKER, update DRIVE and Italy sales figures
• Support to Management: data analysis and extraction, prepare sales statistics
• General Activities: manage main phone line, greet visitors, support event organization, communicate with dealer network, perform small translations
