A well-established clothing manufacturer in Italy is looking for a Commercial Back Office Assistant to support their commercial team. The ideal candidate will manage communications with B2B clients, enter and monitor orders, and support logistics and sales activities. A strong knowledge of English and familiarity with digital tools are essential. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic international environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in commercial back office or customer service roles.
• Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory.

Commercial Back Office Assistant

We are a clothing manufacturer with a well‑established presence in Italy and abroad.

To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a candidate to join us as an internal CRM specialist, responsible for back‑office activities supporting both the Italian and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Managing communications with Italian and international B2B clients
• Entering and monitoring orders in the company management system
• Coordinating shipments and providing logistical support
• Updating and verifying customer records and commercial terms
• Supporting the sales team in preparing offers, documentation, and follow‑ups
• Handling post‑sales requests and customer assistance
• Checking payment status and performing reminder and credit recovery activities
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial back office or customer service roles
• Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory requirement)
• Good knowledge of German (preferred)
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and customer orientation
• Familiarity with management systems and digital tools
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
