Kubota Italy is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team in Milan. You will manage orders, support dealers, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires experience in back office, strong Excel skills, and professional English. You will coordinate with inspectors and management, maintain price lists, and support ongoing commercial activities in a dynamic international environment.

Mansioni

• Support to Sales Inspectors: manage delivery times, check availability, handle order modifications, send documents, monitor order progress.
• Support to Dealers: manage product availability and delivery times, assist with prices and price lists, manage dealer exchanges, modify delivery addresses, send CE certificates and compliance documents, handle transport damage reports.
• Administrative Management: enter and manage orders, verify prices/discounts, update Excel files, manage orders for training, monthly rebates/service fees, inventory management, update price lists, archive documents, verify invoices via ESKER, update sales figures.
• Support to Management: data analysis and preparation of sales statistics.
• General Activities: manage main phone line, welcome visitors, support event organization, communications to dealer network, small translations.

Main Responsibilities

Support to Sales Inspectors

• Manage requests related to delivery times
• Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories
• Handle order modifications
• Send documents and monitor order progress

Support to Dealers

• Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times
• Provide support on prices and price lists
• Manage order exchanges between dealers
• Modify delivery addresses
• Send CE certificates and compliance documents
• Handle transport damage reports

Administrative Management

• Enter and manage orders
• Verify prices and discounts
• Update and monitor Excel files
• Manage machine orders for technical training
• Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees
• Inventory management
• Update price lists
• Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions
• Verify and validate invoices via ESKER
• Update the DRIVE and Italy sales figures

Support to Management

• Data analysis and extraction
• Preparation of sales statistics

General Activities

• Manage the main phone line
