Job summary

VIATRIS ITALIA S.R.L. is seeking a Commercial Excellence Support professional to drive data analysis, reporting, and insights that improve sales force effectiveness and commercial performance.

You will support regular reporting, territorial alignment, segmentation, and targeting, while contributing to dashboards and analytics platforms. A quantitative degree and BI tool experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Management/Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
• Strong interest in data analysis and commercial/business processes.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, R) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular reporting on territorial performance of Medical Field Force and Commercial Sales Teams.
• Analyze sales performance, field activity and customer engagement data to generate actionable insights.
• Support customer segmentation, targeting, and sales target/incentive analyses.
• Contribute to dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI) and ensure data quality.
• Assist in data integration across multiple sources and platforms for analytics.
