Celltrion Group in Milan is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to drive CRM adoption, analyze data from multiple sources, and develop forecasts to support sales targets. You will work cross-functionally to back commercial, market access and marketing initiatives while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance.

Competenze

Master's degree as required.
1–2 years in Commercial Excellence or related roles.
Experience in pharma/healthcare industry preferred.

Mansioni

Manage the CRM tool implementation and serve as the reference point for CRM activities.
Collect, analyze and cross-reference data sources to identify stakeholders and market opportunities.
Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts to support target-setting.
Suggest initiatives to support sales development in compliance with laws and ethics.
Support commercial, market access, marketing, and patient advocacy projects as needed.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute Go-To-Market activities and ensure compliance.
