Viva.com is seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business development within a fast-paced financial services setting and a proven ability to promote company services.

You will develop strategies to hit team targets, ensure outstanding service, manage performance, and handle escalations with resiliency. Fluent in English and Italian; AI-enabled fintech environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism
• Maintain an organized schedule and diary management
• Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to promote working in AI-enhanced environments
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably a financial services institution
• Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Computer literacy and an AI tech mindset
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proven track record in business development and business services promotional activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
