Louis Vuitton in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor to be a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise and guided through the brand.

You will be proactive in reaching out to clients, build long-term relationships, and develop in-depth product knowledge while upholding brand standards.

This role requires strong retail experience, excellent interpersonal skills, weekend availability, and English proficiency (B2).

You will strive to discover each client’s needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
