Louis Vuitton in Milan is seeking a Client Advisor to be a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise and guided through the brand.

You will be proactive in reaching out to clients, build long-term relationships, and develop in-depth product knowledge while upholding brand standards.

This role requires strong retail experience, excellent interpersonal skills, weekend availability, and English proficiency (B2).

• Strong clienteling skills and experience in retail environments.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• English proficiency (B2) and additional languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel and IT systems.
