• Help shape how users experience Jobgether, from first touchpoint to long‑term engagement.

Leadership and partnership with the CEO

• Share responsibility for company decisions and prioritization.
• Bring clarity, speed, and ownership to daily operations.
• Act as the operational counterpart to the CEO’s strategic vision.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Experience as a founder, COO, GM, Head of Ops, or similar senior operator.
• Background in SaaS or marketplaces.
• Strong execution skills: prioritization, structure, follow‑through.
• Good grasp of growth, product, and analytics.

• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
