Jobgether is seeking a Chief Client Experience Officer in Italy for a partner company. This high-impact executive will shape end-to-end customer experience across a large-scale digital ecosystem, reporting to the CEO and building a new CX function from the ground up.

The role requires 10+ years in CX or related leadership, international experience, and fluency in Russian and English. Fully remote with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on retention, growth, and cross-functional

Competenze

10+ years in CX, product strategy, product management, or related executive roles.
Proven track record of improving retention, LTV, engagement and profitability.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional execution.
International experience across markets with fluency in Russian and English.

Mansioni

Define and lead the global Customer Experience strategy across users and partners.
Drive retention, LTV, engagement, trust and profitability through CX initiatives.
Design target customer journeys and lead cross-functional optimization of the lifecycle.
Build a scalable CX operating model with governance, KPIs and decision rights.
Monitor metrics linking CX to revenue growth and efficiency.
Lead Customer Success, Product Design, Partner Experience, Service Ops, and AI-driven solutions.
Align Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations around a unified CX strategy.
