Jobgether SRL, a partner company, seeks a Product Led Growth Manager based in Italy to drive self-serve growth for a developer-focused SaaS. This remote-first role combines product, analytics, and lifecycle growth to optimize signup, activation, and conversion while collaborating across engineering, design, RevOps, and sales.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years in growth, growth product management, lifecycle marketing, or funnel-focused roles.
• Proven success driving growth within B2B SaaS, developer-focused products, or self-serve/product-led models.
• Strong understanding of how technical users evaluate, adopt, and expand software tools.
• Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products, open-source ecosystems, or other technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Own the self-serve growth funnel end-to-end from signup to activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Act as product owner for the website and product UI, defining roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship iterative improvements to the website and product journey.
• Design and run conversion experiments, launch A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful approaches.
• Develop customer data and segmentation frameworks to support personalized onboarding and nurture programs.
