Jobgether SRL in Italy seeks a Director, Delivery to lead and scale delivery operations across enterprise clients in the EMEA region. You will own the strategic direction, oversee onboarding, and drive value realization across global engagements, acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

The role requires 12+ years in professional services or delivery leadership, with strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and experience managing distributed teams. Fully remote within EMEA.

• 12+ years in professional services, delivery management, or consulting.
• Senior leadership experience with large-scale portfolios and P&Ls.
• Strong ability to translate technical delivery into business value.

Mansioni

• Lead a strategic, industry-focused delivery organization across the EMEA region.
• Own delivery strategy across client portfolios including onboarding and value realization.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape commercial strategy and expand accounts.
• Oversee client onboarding, pilot execution, and implementation quality.
• Drive executive-level client relationships and communicate technical topics to executives.
• Monitor portfolio health with KPIs, financial metrics, and risk indicators.
• Lead renewal planning and contract retention discussions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Community, and Delivery Leadership to scale capabilities.
