Jobgether SRL in Italy is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation. The role blends analytics, segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and creative campaigns in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

You will work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to build scalable customer journeys and AI-powered initiatives that drive revenue across a global user base.

Competenze

• Experience scaling CRM programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong B2C growth background in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on ability to build segments, customer journeys, experiments, and campaign logic.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills, including translation of user behavior into growth hypotheses.
• Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with technical, creative, commercial, cross-functional stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy across onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
• Design segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing strategies.
• Build and run experiments; measure impact and iterate.
