Jobgether SRL is seeking a Chief Technology Officer based in Italy to lead a SaaS engineering organization toward high-velocity, product-focused delivery. You will own the technology vision, engineering strategy, R&D budget, technical direction, and infrastructure roadmap.

This role combines deep technical leadership with business strategy, people development, security, and operational excellence, partnering closely with executives and product leaders to shape long-term value.

Competenze

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior engineering leadership within a SaaS environment.
• Experience introducing AI tooling into engineering workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize SaaS infrastructure costs while maintaining reliability.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to contribute directly alongside teams.
• Excellent communication with executives, board members and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Own the technology vision, roadmap, and engineering strategy.
• Lead a high-velocity, product-focused engineering organization; drive AI-assisted development practices.
• Oversee Kubernetes-based production environment, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Manage the complete R&D budget including personnel, tooling, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and inclusion.
• Represent technology to customers, partners, executives and the board.
