Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer in Italy to join a fast-moving, globally distributed product team. You will shape end-to-end product experiences for mobile and web with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.

The role emphasizes measurable impact, collaboration with product and engineering, and continuous iteration to improve user engagement and satisfaction. Remote work is supported for this senior position.

Competenze

4+ years in UX/UI design, including product-focused experience.
Proven portfolio showing real product impact and measurable results.
Strong experience designing for B2C digital products.
Proactive, self-driven in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate micro-interactions and flows to cross-functional teams.
Conduct and participate in user research including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Collaborate with product and engineering to shape product direction using UX insights and metrics.
Own the full design lifecycle from concept through execution and iteration.
