Jobgether SRL is seeking an Executive Engagement Lead in the Office of the CRO to shape senior customer and partner interactions, translating account dynamics into actionable executive narratives. You will design scalable playbooks and briefing materials, ensuring high-impact, well-prepared engagements across cross-functional GTM teams.

The role is fully remote or hybrid, offering exposure to global enterprise accounts and opportunities to influence leadership interactions and strategic GTM

Competenze

• Strong executive-level writing and communication skills.
• Ability to design and scale programs and operating cadences.
• Experience influencing outcomes with senior leaders without formal authority.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy and execution of executive engagement for the CRO with enterprise stakeholders.
• Develop structured views of strategic customer relationships and engagement history.
• Lead end-to-end preparation for executive meetings with briefing materials.
• Design scalable executive engagement programs, frameworks, and governance structures.
• Partner with GTM and field teams to sequence executive involvement into deals and relationships.
• Identify gaps in executive coverage and strengthen multi-threaded engagement.
• Build reusable playbooks and standards for executive engagement across GTM.
