Pharma Point, on behalf of a leading international pharmaceutical company, seeks a Key Account Manager to lead a new cardiometabolic product launch covering Western Lombardy. The role combines strategic account development with cross-functional collaboration to drive market access and long-term brand growth.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Specialty Care or Cardiometabolic area.
• Strong understanding of hospital dynamics, specialist networks and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic account management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive a successful product launch.
• Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and manage strategic accounts within the cardiometabolic landscape.
• Contribute to launch excellence and long-term brand growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing teams.
