Cytokinetics is seeking a Marketing Lead Italy to shape local marketing strategy and execution for innovative cardiovascular therapies, driving successful product launches and sustainable brand growth across the Italian affiliate.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, overseeing omnichannel campaigns, local market insights, budget management and cross‑functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Sales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or Medical Science; an advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Demonstrated successful marketing leadership of specialty pharmaceutical launches with omnichannel approach.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local marketing strategies and plans aligned with global frameworks.
• Drive omnichannel engagement with healthcare professionals through digital, events and field activities.
• Manage budgets, partnerships with external agencies, and cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Sales.
