Job summary

Cytokinetics, a late-stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Key Account Manager for Lombardia (Milano/Bergamo/Brescia). You will drive sales plans, manage relationships with physicians and hospital teams, and lead product adoption for aficamten in a competitive cardiology market.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, strong market access knowledge, and proven account management skills. Travel across the region and nationwide travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma sales.
• Experience launching products in specialty care or rare diseases is a plus.
• Deep understanding of local market access and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create targets, sales plans and action plans aligned with country strategy.
• Manage physician and hospital stakeholder engagements across Milano, Bergamo and Brescia.
• Drive product adoption for aficamten through key messages and clinical data discussions.
• Maintain CRM data and report quarterly business reviews.
